What we collect

To process a TraceLookup Pro subscription we collect your name and email and, via our payment processor (Stripe), your payment details. We never store full card numbers. We also collect basic analytics (pages viewed, ad attribution) to measure and improve our marketing.

Lookups you run

The phone numbers and email addresses you enter are used to run the lookup and, for Pro users, to save your search history. We show only facts we can genuinely derive from the input and, where available, data from a licensed data partner — we never fabricate results, and we don't sell the data you look up.

Not a consumer report

TraceLookup is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and our reports are not consumer reports. Do not use TraceLookup to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, or tenant screening.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and request deletion of your account by emailing support@selected10.com.
